We are thrilled to present to you the new generation of the Thermo Scientific™ Nexsa™ Surface Analysis System. Over the past four years, we have been working hard to make sure you have all you need for definitive surface analysis, all in one place.
We have dramatically improved the XPS sensitivity of the Nexsa G2 System, allowing you to detect weak signals more easily and to collect higher resolution spectra, producing higher quality, reliable data quickly.
The new system can be configured not just with XPS, but with other analysis techniques, including Raman spectroscopy. Data can be collected using several analytical techniques within one experiment, ensuring that the data is representative of the same point on the sample—a fully correlative workflow. New capabilities, such as sample heating and sample biasing, add to existing features such as MAGCIS, extending the range of materials problems that the system can investigate. The automation of the Nexsa G2 System facilitates remote access and operation, enabling easy collaboration with staff, peers, and co-workers around the world.
